As usual, follow the procedure for cells splitting..Alhamdulillah, it was slightly increased, compared to last friday..em,ok le tuh..kite ingatkan dah mati terus sume cell tu..maybe esok tak split the cell..Eve ada bagitau, esok she will show me the protocol of resazurin assays..tadi dah mintak tolong Eileen tunjukkan camne nak guna Fluorescence Plate Reader..Insyaallah leh conduct alat tu sendiri kot, sebab that instrument just simple and straight forward, like others instrument that i'd deal before during my master @ ukm...lebey kurang sama je.. Em, so utk sambungan semalam:keputusan samada cell2 tersebut hidup atau mati: jawapan: the number of cell per/ml has increased. ALLHAMDULILLAH..huhu..walau tak banyak bertambah, tapi okay la tuh daripada benda tuh mati terus..
