It almost 2 weeks I'm doing a lab work in TC lab (TC=refer to tissue culture). It was different than what I'm doing before.. Totally different! My first day, Eve Mcloughin (hope that I spell her name correctly..huhu) was the person who responsible to give me the lab induction in TC..all of them were new to me..the media, the BALB cell line, the serum, trypsin, HBSS..mak, i pening le..huhu..so scary..
Sekarang dah agak okay..i'll get used with it. now, i'm be able to split the cell without Eve (huhu..bangga le tuh)..dah 3 kali split the cells..kali pertama ok..kali kedua pun ok..masuk kali ke3 tak brape ok sket..cell yang hidup makin lama makin kurang..ape dah jadi eh?contaminate ke sume tuh? adoile..kite rasa betul dah buat ikut procedure dia..kot2 my HBSS ngn media yang kite gune aritu contaminate kot??mana la tau kan..nanti nak tgk esok, after splitting the cells and counting the cells..kalo makin kurang, i guess i must do sumthing.. have to tell Eve or Eric before things become worst..huhu..
Nanti kite tgk esok eh, ape citer..hidup ke tak cell2 tu..tunggule result nyer esok ye..ke cell tu xgumbira with me? nape they don't live happily?kite bagi makan xcukup ke?owh..penat le pikir..baik tunggu esok..see what happen..nak tido!
